Review of the year

This year has been a very interesting year. We started out very well but snow days began to slow us down then we lost a wireless router after we came back which was a huge huge problem. But when we got our things together we began to make progress. I learned alot from my peers and made good progress on my game here is a link to my project page to show my work

Progress on presentation.

i believe that it will honestly be a long shot if we complete even get a first lvl done. but i hope we can. aaron has some of the presentation done.

Presentation

I believe that when we complete at least the first level. I think we will fit the criteria except for sound. I personally have to learn some whale facts. But i hope for it to be a good presentation.

Other teams progress.

So with each team overall i see some very signicant progress. Sarahellen and tylers game is probably the farthest along on there game. Dakotas and forests game has some impressive graphics. Silas's game looks like it will be a very entertaining. Hannahs game is also coming along she just needs to get her boundry code. Marks pedies and zachs game has alot of potential. Andrew has the idea for his game. Casey's game has some very intersting art work.

Outline for rest of year.

I plan on working on the scrolling background during the next classes. and hopefully i will have a wiki up. i dont belive i can work on it at home. i can blog outside of class however. I belive that aaron will come up with the soundtrack or i might use garage band to create the soundtrack.

Planning the rest of the year.

So this year we have had numerous setbacks.
One, we had many many snowdays, and two our wireless router was stolen from our wing. Therefore it gave us less time to complete our games. We need to learn how to create a side scroller. Then hopefuly i would like to at least complete one or two levels. Five was the original plan. But I do not believe that will happen.
